This is EVERYTHING that Ben does, literally. This includes multiple sessions per day (typically 2, AM and PM) that contain everything from weightlifting programs, gymnastics and skill work, to metcons, conditioning, and partner workouts. You will be following Ben’s program exactly 1 week behind him. He will provide explanations for each workout, as well as what the goal/stimulus for each should be. When available, he will also post his, and his teammates, times as a reference point. The Ben’s Blueprint programming is not periodized in any specific way. You can jump in at any time. This is the way Ben’s been training for the last 8 years, and it’s seemed to work out pretty well so far. Now he’d love to share it with you!
This is a tailored version of the Ben’s Blueprint program. The workouts will be the same for the most part, but the volume will be designed for those only with around 60-90 minutes per day to train. Ben’s Blueprint is a lot of volume; the Essential Framework program will take the most important pieces from each day of Ben’s Blueprint so that you can get the absolute most from your time at the gym. You’ll get a combination of strength, gymnastics, skill work, metcons, conditioning, and partner workouts. If Ben only had 90 minutes each day to train, these are the things he’d choose to do. Use the Essential Framework program to help maintain a balanced life by prioritizing your time inside the gym, so that you can maximize your time away from it.
Programming specifically designed for an affiliate and adopted from the exact model performed by Ben’s affiliate, CrossFit Krypton. Each session is designed around a class time of 60 minutes. Programming includes strength work, conditioning pieces, gymnastics and skill practice, metcons, and more. Scaling options will always be provided for movements or workouts that could need modifying. Programming is provided a week in advance so that participating gyms have time to prepare accordingly. Also included will be detailed explanations of each workout/session, notes on the intended stimulus, and time cap limits when appropriate. The idea behind the Affiliate Design program is to relieve gyms of their programming duties so that they can spend more time building their business, their community, and their coaching staff.
